Experience > Design
The Design module is where you come to set up the configuration of the data capture forms that will be deployed to your website. There are currently three types of form that can be configured for use across different content types and sales funnel stages.
Form Types
Use the form selector to select the form you would like to configure.
Corner Pop-up
The Corner Pop-up form will be introduced to the page from the bottom right-hand side of the page. The idea for this form is to be less intrusive to the user journey and cen be used to more softly gather user data via progressive profiling.
Embeddable
Embeddable forms are designed to restrict a users access to content, until they have entered and submitted the required information. The location of the Embeddable Form on the page, will be determined by the placement of the Demand-Genius <div> tag. More details of this can be found in the Integration Section.
Full Page Pop-up
I more intrusive form, which will be presented as a full page modal, covering the content underneath. This form can be configured as either mandatory or optional via the Define module. Optional variants will have a ‘X’ to dismiss the form, whereas mandatory forms will not have the ‘X’ and the user will need to submit the required data to continue accessing the content.
Form Configuration
For each of the form types, there are three elements that are configurable, with changes made represented on the example form. First, select the form type to configure from the selector.
Primary Colour
To set the primary colour and bring the form into line with your brand guidelines, you can either enter the Hex #value in the colour field, or use the colour picker to select the colour you would like to use or alternatively, utilise the dropdown to select either HEX, HSB or RGB and enter the colour values.
Once configured, the Primary colour will define the title colour, field icons and field highlight colour.
Secondary Colour
Configured in the same way as the primary colour above, the Secondary colour defines the colour of the submit button.
Button Font Colour
Configured in the same way as the Primary and Secondary colour and defines the colour of the ‘Submit’ text on the button.
Font
Demand-Genius supports over 1,000 web fonts, which can be selected from the drop down menu. The fonts are ordered in popularity order and to make font selection easier, you can start to type the name of your desired font to filter the selection.
The font selected will define the font of the title, form field entries and the button text.
